Terms of service

These terms govern use of nftpars.app and the NFTPARS API, provided by the operator of nftpars.app.

1. The service

NFTPARS is an independent index of Telegram collectible gifts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Telegram. Data is collected from publicly observable sources and labelled with an owner status (Verified, Historical, Wallet only, Hidden, Unknown, Conflict), freshness and provenance. Information can be incomplete or out of date; it is provided “as is”, without warranty, and must not be your only basis for financial decisions.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created and accessed only through Telegram. Creating applications and using API credentials requires an active Telegram Premium subscription that NFTPARS verifies. If verification lapses or Premium expires, API access is suspended; your applications, keys, balance and history are kept and access resumes after verified renewal.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use NFTPARS data to harass, stalk, dox or target any person.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication or billing, or to access other users' data.
• Comply with Telegram's terms and applicable law, including data-protection law, when you process data obtained from NFTPARS.
• Keep API keys and webhook secrets confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys.

4. Billing

The API is paid from a prepaid balance funded by TON deposits that NFTPARS verifies on-chain. Prices are published on the pricing page and may change; a request is charged at the price that applied when it was reserved. Requests are charged only when results are delivered; failures, unfound items and idempotent retries are not charged. Service credits granted by NFTPARS are non-transferable and have no cash value. Deposits are credited only after on-chain verification; a payment claim alone is never credited.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will announce breaking API changes in advance through versioned endpoints.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts or applications that breach these terms or endanger the service or others, and will explain the reason where we lawfully can.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NFTPARS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on indexed data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
